As a member of The Den, I agree to comply with the following rules: I will conduct myself in a spirited enthusisastic manner in support of all UC athletic teams I will wear the 2006-2007 Den T-shirt to all home games on the outside of all other clothing while I am inside Fifth Third Arena. I understand that if I plan to paint up, I still must wear my shirt through the gate. I will enter through Armory Fieldhouse for games that i have signed up for the DEN. I will confirm my attendance prior to each home game through GoBearcats.com I will comply with all rules and regulations in the UC Student Code of Conduct. I have read the Den Policy located at UCDEN.com and will abide by it. I will respect others in Fifth Third Arena at all times, including but not limited to, any and all students, fans, faculty and staff members. I will refrain from using profane or offensive language in and around Fifth Third Arena. I will not throw anything onto the court or at other spectators in Fifth Third Arena. I will not sell or attempt to sell my Den Card for Profit. I understand that there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason. I understand that this agreement applies to all DEN events. If i fail to comply with any of the above rules, I understand that the University of Cincinnati may terminate this Agreement and demand return of my voucher. In the event UC terminates this agreement due to one or more violations of the above rules, I understand that I will not recieve a refund, and that UC may deny me from partitipating as a member of The Den in the future. x. |
